I would appreciate it if you would send me email to wwnanny@yahoo.com on the info you have on James Robert Riddle. The one you are referring to could well be my ggrandfather James Robert Riddle's' ggrandfather. I believe my ggfather was b c 1840 and he died in Petersburg, VA Nov 1907. He married Alma Jenette Sheffield in Halifax NC and resided in Sussex County VA then moved toDinwiddie, VA then Petersburg. Have not been able to establish his burial site. Jenette Riddle is buried in the Waverly, VA Cemetery. It is believed that his brother, John Fleming Riddle is buring on a private fare near the Sussex County High School. Thank you for any info you would care to share.
