I'm looking for any information anyone might have on John W. Riddle who later changed his name to Riddell. John was born May 5 1874 in KY and died in Arkansas. He married Jeannett Stipp Dec 22 1897 in Edgar Ill. He is listed in the 1880 Rockcastle, KY census as the stepson of John C. Riddle and Sallie Riddle. I would love to find out who his biological father was and confirm whether his mother's maiden name was Murray. Any help with this mystery would be greatly appreciated.
