K. Pusser provided information from James Ricks b. abt 1730 Will which indicates Ann Nancy Ricks b. 1754-1757 was not James' child from his union with Judith Ross. Does anyone know who Ann Nancy Ricks parents were? Callen, Rhoda, and Eli are common names appearing in James Ricks and Ann Nancy Ricks Horn's offspring. There has to be some connection, but where is it? Kullen/Cullen Ross married Elizabeth Skinner. They supposedly are the parents of Judith Ross (wife of James Ricks) and Ann Ross (wife of his brother John Ricks.) Ann Nancy Ricks and husband Joab were married in Edgecombe County N.C. and migrated to Jefferson and Pulaksi County GA. There Anne Nancy died (Feb 1818) and Joab moved to the Yellow River area of today's Walton County, Florida with his second wife Elizabeth Kitchen (s).
