Hello Bud,

Have you had any luck in locating the family of your Charles Ricker 1802? I would be very interested in knowing if you found the parents names of Charles. I say this because my 3rd great grandfather was Jacob Ricker b. May 1,1801 in Easton. His parents were William Ricker b.1779 & Catherine Umbehind b.1781. Jacob is the only child I have come across for them, so far, and I'm sure there were several others.
Given the date of birth for your Charles in 1802, it could be more than a great possiblity that he is a brother of Jacob.
During my research of the Ricker's in Easton I came across the burial record of your Mary E. b. 1-11-1833, d. 8-24-1854 at 21yrs, 7mos, 13days. Parents are Charles & Susan Ricker. This record is from Burials at St. John's Graveyard.
Also on your Edward b.1844. He enlisted in the 3rd NJ Calvary and also served in two infantry regiments during the Civil War.
Upon returning home he married Rebecca Moser and raised a family of ten children. I have 29 Moser's listed on my tree and Rebecca is not one of them, yet.
I hope some of this information helps you and I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,

Dennis Pallister
