Wayne,
Yes,I do believe we are related. I did find a Edward Richmond (1632-Wiltshire, England-1696) in my database. He married Abigail, daughter of John Davis. Their children were Abigail, Edward, John, Elizabeth, Mary, Esther, Silvester, and Sarah.
After Abigail died he married Amy,daughter of Rhode Island's governor, Henry Bull. They had Henry and Ann.
All of this information is from the book, "The Richmond Family 1594-1896" by Joshua Bailey Richmond. Please go to this website and you can download it to your computer: http://www.richmonddna.net/downloads
I do have some Weeks in my database but not Elvira. I probably do not have your complete line.
My line on my mom's side Anne Banister Scruggs,Dorris Quinsey Banister,Levi Clark Quinsey, Euphemia J. Winegarden Quinsey,Elizabeth 'Betsey' Richmond Winegarden, James Richmond Jr. 1779-1833 married Lois Day,James Richmond 1758-1791 married Desire Gorham, Thomas & Hannah Gorham, Job & Desire Dimock Gorham, John & Mary Otis Gorham, Desire Howland married John Gorham, John Howland.
