Does anyone please know of how we can find out [ i am living n Australia] if he was married before he was killed in WW1 or if he had any siblings?

How can I find the father's death at www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk aged 81?
This chap was the war casualty was the son of Thomas Richmond, born Aug.21,1849 son of James Richmond & wife nee Eliza CRANMER of Rochford, Principal Coast Guard.
