I am not a descendant of any sibling of Christoph Richert. I am, however, a descendant of Christoph Richert himself, though his youngest son Emil. I am well familiar with the house he built in Wheatfield, now North Tonawanda.

A few years ago, I met a fellow named Paul Richert who was a retired Lutheran pastor from Ann Arbor, Michigan. To the best of my recollection, he said that he was descended from Christoph Richert's father. I have no further contact information on this individual. You might be able to find more about him in the Lutheran Annual, published by the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.

In 1983, my aunt Helen made a Richert Family genealogy. Perhaps you already have a copy of it.

Feel free to e-mail me. I would love to exchange notes
