My gggrandfather was Patrick Hamilton Richerson. The farthest I have have been able to trace his origins is to the area of Sedalia, Missouri about the time of the Civil War. However, the names you mention ring a familiar bell, i.e. Delia, Jane, and the surname McDaniel. In fact, my grandmother, born Sevanah Pearl Richerson, who died at 93,in 1988,has a cousin who is still living whose name is Delia. I am sure there is a connection and hope you will share the info you have on Richerson origins.
