Andre and/or Guillaume were not Michel's father

I am not sure where so many of you got your information about Andre Richard b. 20 Nov. 1600 in Saint Ainge, Seine Et Marne, France being the father of Michel, but that does not check out with Jette's information on Andre.
According to Jette, Andre Richard (parents unknown) b. 23 Nov. 1600 in France died as a priest on 21 May 1681 in Québec. He became a Jesuite in Paris about 1631, arrived in Quebec in 1634 and in the census of 1667 he was a priest at the mission of Sillery.
Guillaume was a different Quebec pioneer with the dit/aka name of LaFleur. He did not have a son by the name of Michel.
Michel Richard is not my ancestor but it is my understandint that Michel's marriage contract was distroyed in Acadie when the British burnned everything. Without that contract (bar a miracle or www misinformation) you will never know who the parents of Michel were. Sorry, Janet
