I think people just don't know how to help you. Your Rich name was evidently taken by someone whose name was Futeransky, and you probably don't have a genealogy that many of us can tie into. I would certainly recommend looking online for the Futeransky name. It would be very coool to trace that back to Russia.

If you are seeking any possible siblings of Howard who also may have been named Rich, the county clerk or the census for the area where they lived would be a good place to start.
