Dr William B Rich born abt 1805 CT married 2 or 3 times Died 27 nov 1887 was my Gr Grandfather His last wife was Rhoda Bowen I have Rhoda's line back mamy gens
What I know about the DR
He is in Tioga Co Pa on the 1840 and 1850 census records
He served as a DR in the civil war in a Hospital in DC
I have Rhoda's pension papers
He was a member of the GAR as there is a marker on his grave
the wife before Rhoda was Lydia Treat
I beleive that he had an earlier wife as there are children in his household too old to be Lydia's
Him and Lydia lived in NY before 1840
Lydia's Father was Sylvester Treat Mother Lucinda Gates
I have been unable to trace the DR's Line
