After looking at the Greene county marriage records again. Mrs. Pherbe Rich maried Thomas B. Taylor in 1842. Having the Mrs. by her name, whch i likely missed. Would signify that she was the mother of the three boys Jacob, Stephen and Peter. Ther was another book that stated a divorce of an Edward Rich and Eliza/Elizabeth in Clarke Co. 1836 in the jackson Mississippian on March 11, forget the year i'll have to see about a Microfilm of the paper.Don't know if she changed her name or not though.
