DANIEL RICE and wife JUDY sell land 1785 in Henry Co, VA. We had DANIEL RICE and wife JUDITH in 1789, joining the Big Pigeon Baptist Church in what later would be East TN. So, Henry Co, VA record was a BIG find.

I would like to hear from those working on Rice lines in Henry Co, VA, are any of them related? I found the above land record at 6:30 pm, in the Family History Library in SLC. I copied all Rice entries in three books, but didn't have time before the FHL closed at 9:00 pm to do more follow up. We flew home the next day.

Anyone have additional information on Virginia or Tennessee Rices who might fit into this line? Glad to share what little I did find, and will work with any new shared clues on my next trip to SLC in January.
