Searching for the parents of George W Rice born about 1832 in Mamaroneck, NY.
George married Ellen A Benedict about 1859 and the couple had about 12 children between 1860 and 1883.
According to records in the office of the New Canaan, CT Town Clerk, George died there on Feb 4, 1900.
Based on census records, his father was born in NY and his mother in England.
