You can find them in the 1880 census on www.familysearch.org.

The census sheet gives

Baker, James M. W M 55 (Head) Stone Mason b. RI
Baker, Mary L. W F 34 Wife Works in (Woolen mill?) b. RI
Baker, Mary A. W F 15 Daughter Works in Woolen Mill b. RI
Baker, James O.(?) W M 14 Son Works in Woolen Mill b. in RI
Baker, Ann L. W F 12 Daughter Works in Woolen Mill b. in RI
Baker, Ella(?) M. W F 9 Daughter Attending School b. in RI
Baker, Frederick L. W M 3 Son --- b. in RI

I don't see a match for Fred or Emily Baker in the 1920 or 1930 RI census indices.
