Amon Taber and Judah Lucretia Williston of Tiverton, RI

I am seeking clarification of the family of Amon Taber who was married to Judah Lucretia Williston. According to the will of John Sawyer dated February 25, 1783, "Cousin Judith or Judah Taber, widow of Amon Taber dec. Kinsman Ichabud Willinston (sic) son of Judah Taber late the wife of Amon Taber dec." Judah was the mother of Ichabod Williston. Was Judah also known as Lucretia, a Williston when Ichabod was born or had she married into the Williston family when Ichabod was born? Williston family records list this Ichabod as being born in 1751 in Rhode Island. Any further details would be greatly appreciated. A Williston genealogy has Judah listed as a male and the father of Ichabod, born in 1751.
