Honora & Henry J are two people. I took a picture of Flannigan births in EG
Edward, of Wm & Mariah b. June 1858. [died 5/9/60
Henry J., of Wm & Maria b. Mar 1853[si; d 17 Sep 1876]
Honora, of Wm & Maria (Colgham) Flanigan b 1852 [EGM]
Jane, of Wm & Mariab Aug 1856 EG [d 18 July 58]
Margaret of Wm & Mariah b May 1860 EG [d 18 Sep 1860]
Marriages in EG:
Wm Flanigan to Maria Colgham do EG 1852
Honora Flannigan (of Wm Flanagan & Maria Colgham} to Andrew Fred Garberry (of Andrew & Frederica Garberry). 6-30-70
The original documents are hand-written and under plastic. Impossible to make out Wm & Maria colgham's.
One more interesting thing. Honora's husband was the brother of my gr-grandfather, Charles...who married Mary Ann Flanagan. I found no listings of Honora Garberry/Garberg. I was able to trace Andrew Fred across the country under the name of Fred Garberg. He died in Montana. He had another family.
Regarding Wm marrying twice. 2 or 3 of his children were born in Ireland, the rest in RI.
I did see that William, Sr was a gardener. City directories show that his son, Wm E, owned a florist shop.
Both sides of my family are buried in St Patrick's Cemetary in EG. I found a headstone for the Flanagans. Henry & Richard are noted on one side. The name "William" is on top with no birth or death info.Maria is on the bottom..."Maria, his wife, died June 22, 1890 at the age of 62" (or 82).
