in 1910 Hannah Lawless 30, widow, four children/three living was on ninth street in Brooklyn with son John age 2
Helen D. Lawless age 9 and Alber G. Lawless age 5 were living with uncle Albert W.J.Gentz.
1920 Has a John Davidson 41 b.TN and wife Hannah 40 on (Dikeman?) Street in Brooklyn with
John Davidson age 13 (I believe he is John Lawless)
Walter 7
Raymond 5
Alice 2
John Davidson had been married to a Josephine on the 1910 census so I believe he married Hannah c1910-1913 in Brooklyn
I found the info on her first marriage date to be :
Family Name Given Name Month of
Marriage Day of
Marriage Year of
Marriage Certificate
Number County Soundex
GentzJohannaNov1519007071KingsG532
I got it at this fantastic website:

They don't have marriages between 1910-1931 for Brooklyn which is why I don't see the second marriage for her.
You can order marriage records online from the above site. You don't need an exact date if you want to try for Johannah's second marriage or for Dorothy's marriage.Dorothy or Helen Dorothy is still single in 1920 and living with her aunt so she may have married soon after the 1920 census.Another interesting site for this area is:
