Hello Karen - Thank you so much for your help!I think all that you sent pertains to my family, but I will have to check to be positive.ANd I do not have all of it. It is so long since I even looked at that file because i can never find anything on my family.I have been doing my wife's families in Sweden.DO you have the census CDs? I amm particularly interested in Mary and Barney Baggan.I lost track of her and have nothing on her at all except that she married someone named Baggan.Could you tell me if she is in the 1890 census?Patrick was not in the Civil War that I know of.Timothy was in the 4th RI volunteers and was wounded and discharged as a sergeant.I have all of his service records. I just found this forum by accident the other day and sent a query without ever expecting a response.I am delighted!Your answer will rekindle my interest in pursuing what I had thought was a lost cause. I can not trace that family from MAnchester back to Ireland.Part of the problem is conflicting records as to DOB of PAtrick and Alice, also some say she was born in Ireland and he in England while others say the opposite.Yours say they were both born in England. I can find no records on either birth.I am sorry I am rambling, but I want you to know how much I appreciate your help.
