If Cezar's wife last name is Gomer, I do believe it is the same line.
My Ann's, siblings were Hannah,Caesar and possibly Margaret who married a Stanton. Their parents were Peter and Lucy Weeden.
About Ceasar though, I have relatives that claim that there was a Caesar that came from Conn.and they come from him, but family features do not lie and that doesn't get you any closer to claim Pequot(another story).
The reason for the separation of Caesar's line I surmise is that our Peter and Lucy were listed as Blacks and for many of our relatives that do not share in the pride of our ancestors whomever they mixed with, this is a likely course for them to follow.
It's very hard to trace the Weeden line, I know because I come down both Hannah and Ann's line and Hannah married a Weeden. By my maternal grandparents marrying, it tends to make my tree a stump.'Fortunately' for 'those'whom shall be nameless, the government card carrying Narragansetts (oops) that do not believe in true lines and by saying that only some Weeden's were Narrgansett it has forced some family members to try and trace their other lines to connect to that disgraceful 1880 census.
My one true line to some is the Wamsley line, but I refuse to let the descendants of the people that sold our culture for $5000 dictate which line I choose to recognize.
Know in your heart that the blood that pumps it is descended from a great people and the government or the native people that cling to it, do not have the power to take that away.
If you have any questions on that Ceasar and Abby line, I have plenty of information for some of their children.
