I posted a quick response to your query last month and have heard nothing. I also don't see any reply to the other more helpful replies. Josephine's father, Alexander G Greene is one of the lost branches that descends from one of the three unrelated John Greenes who settled in RI in the mid-1600s. Alexander's ancestry can be traced back to medieval England. But be warned, there is a lot of mis-information on ancestry and other internet sites on all three of the RI John Greene immigrants.
