Wow, you certainly came up with some good info!! I will try contacting Rhode Island again. I believe that for paperwork that old, a person has to go (in person) but I will try calling around. The last time that I talked to someone, they could not help me with getting records that old. I believe that I talked to someone at the Department of Health. I will try calling the State Archives. I do not recall if I talked to them or not.
