Hi, I have a ton of info for you and, yes, David's parents were from Lancaster and were married 18 Sept 1828 - probably in Lancaster.
George Adam's father married a Schwikert/Sweigart in Lancaster Co.
The Rhodes/Rhoades wound up in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, California, Washington, Oregon and who knows where else!
I'm the 4th great-grandaughter of David's grandfather George Frederick Rhodes. Emma would be my 2nd cousin 3x removed.
Let me know what kind of info you would like and if sending you a GEDcom would help. I just checked and if I did a Descendants Report w/my Family Tree Maker, its 177 pages plus about 52 pages of sources...
Would love to have what info you have on David and his descendants.
