I have copies of several documents. I have an Application to the Special Commissioner of the Court of Claims in favor of the Eastern Cherokees filed by Tennessee Rhea Smith. A Widows Brief Claimant Mariah Rhea, Declaration for the increase of a Mexican War Service Pension, Mexican War Widows Pension affidavit of witness filed by Mariah, a hand written letter from Mariah to John C. Black about her widwos pension, a letter from the department of the interior bureau of pensions, a Declaration of Widow for pensions, and a power of attorney over Miriah's Widows Pension. My mother has been researching this family for decades and wants to share this info. If anyone is interested let me know and I'll send you copies of whatever I have.
