If Thomas Reynolds died in 1815 & Emily Reynolds was born in 1817 she cannot be his daughter. But I have seen no proof for her dates. Two of his children married LaRues. She seems to be from this family but her parents have yet to be identified. They are the only Reynolds living in Washington Co, OH. Washington Co, OH is directly across the river from Tyler/Pleasants Co, VA/WV, and there is (now) a bridge that connects them.
