I have been trying to find information regarding my Grandparents: Ely Reynolds b. 1810-1820 Tenn. and his wife Sallie Lee Reynolds also born in Tenn. around 1810-1820.
I have only found one son of theirs (our grandfather).
His given name is spelled differently... G., Guo, George, Guy and most often "Guoyn" Reynolds.
Guoyn Reynolds was born 18 Nov. 1846 in Tennessee. He died 3 Nov. 1916 in St. Joseph, Buchanan, Missouri.
Guoyn married Rebecca Wilson 1878 in Buchanan Co., Missouri.
Rebecca was born 6 Nov. 1855 - Buchanan Co., Missouri and died 13 Nov. 1921 in St. Joseph, Buchanan, Missouri.
They had 6 or 7 children all born in Buchanan Co., Missouri.
Their names;
1.Noah A Reynolds 13 Jan. 1878 - 15 May 1956. Never married
2.Forrest Reynolds b. 1881
3.Sallie E Reynolds b. Nov 1882
4.*Walter Lee Reynolds Jun 1884 - 31 Mar 1959
5.Mary G. Reynolds b. Dec. 1887
6.Charles E. Reynolds 21 Feb 1892 - 21 Mar 1915
Any information regarding Grandpa Guoyn's real name would be great.
Also any, any info regarding Ely Reynolds and Sallie (Lee) Reynolds and their parents would be fantastic.
