I am interested in developing contacts with the descendants of Candido Reyes Bello and Julia Mejias Olivera, from Camaguey (Puerto Principe) Cuba.
Candido and Julia had several sons and daughters, two of whom were twins born May 22, 1902, Julio Reyes Mejias and Lillian Reyes Mejias.
Lillian, an Episcopal missionary nun disappered and presumed dead during WWII.
Julio, a former Episcopal priest, eventually settled in Miami, Florida, where he died in 1976. His children are or were Jorge Julio, Nayra Luz and from previous marriage Clara Julia (Reyes Reina) with whom contact was lost and also searching her and/or her descendants.
Anyone directly or indirectly related to, or with knowledge of Candido and Julia and any of their descendants, please contact me at your earliest convenience.
