The station agent in this event was an Abram or Abraham DeRevere who lived in Tarrytown in 1870 and 1880. By 1900, he was living in North Tarrytown -- today that village is known as Sleepy Hollow.

----, Elizabeth 30

1880 US Census NEW YORK Westchester Mount Pleasant P.O. Tarrytown
DE REVERE, Abram D. 40 depot master
----, Lizzie 39 wife

1900 US Census NEW YORK Westchester North Tarrytown

----, Elizabeth 61 Jan1840 married 33yrs
----, Percy 12 Apr1888 single

Could not find anything regarding HAURWAS person. Could this be a misspelling of some other name such as HARRIS?

I am not related to these persons or the escapees either.
