Hello Mr. Bonesteel
My great grandfather's brother, Jesse N. Reppert is buried at Stanley, Wisconsin. He was married in 1889 to a woman from Radnor, Indiana (near Delphi), near where his family moved during the Civil War. I have assumed that he married her there before moving to Wisconsin. He is not likely the one you are looking for but there is a chance.
He was born in Lehigh County, PA on 12/28/1858 and died in the 1930s.
David Seifert
