I am researching my Family Tree and have the following people:
Alexander Renwick b.1880 Newcastle upon Tyne died Whitley Bay, Northumberland 1964(my grandfather) married to Margaret Annie Brittain - 1 child Alexander Brittain Renwick
William Renwick b.1878 Newcastle upon Tyne died ? married to Lily Rutherford children Charlie, Max, Edwin, probably moved to Lancashire, but cannot trace them.
William Renwick (father of the above) born Elswick, N ewcastle upon Tyne 1857 died Whitley Bay 1925 married to Martha Wright b. Newcastle 1855 died Whitley Bay 1935
Siblings of William all born in Newcastle:
Mary b.1840;Robert b.1842;George b1843;Elizabeth b.1844;Margaret b.1847.
Robert Renwick father of the above b.1817 Bewcastle, Cumberland died?(probably 1866) married to Elizabeth Coupland b.1819 Cockeermouth, Cumberland died 1873 Newcastle.
I have a possible father for Robert(but needs checking):
George Renwick b.about 1787 Bewcastle, Cumberland married to Mary. In the 1851 Census George and Mary are living at Heworth, Gateshead, Co.Durham and in the 1861 Census also.
If anyone recognises these names I would be very pleased to hear from them. Regards Patricia
