Renwicks SCO/ENG->NY Ontario County
In the early 19th century there was an area of Ontario County, New York that received so many immigrants that it became known as "little England".Large numbers of people came from Roxburghshire in Scotland and Northumberland, England, just across the border from each other.So many people left that whole villages were nearly stripped of their population.
