ENOCH RENFROE, planter, "being weak of body".Last Will and Testament dated Aug. 7, 1802; no date of probate.Devises to son Enoch 150 acres on Joe's Creek, whereon testator now lives, originally granted Stephen Mitchell in 1788, and 200 acres adjoining being part of a grant to Samuel Camp in 1789.gives to Sarah Renfroe, widow of son Joel, five shillings, and $10 to her daughter Nancy.Gives to his beloved children Mary Hancock, Stephen Renfroe, Nathaniel Renfroes's widow Jane Baker, Margaret Renfroe, Sarah Rushin, and John Renfroe's widow Martha, $5 each; to Nancy, daughter of Martha Renfroe, $10; to Rachel Rushing, Lydia Chivers, William Renfroe, Nathan Renfroe, Enoch Renfroe and Martha Matthews, each a one-eleventh of all of testator's estate except those receiving certain named sums.Executors: Enoch Renfroe and John Rushing.Witnesses: Vincent Davis, William Simmons and Elijah Conner.
