Possible identification. If you still have no details of William Relf's birth, here's a possible.

William Ralph, illegitimate son of William Henley and (possibly) Anne Ralph, born in Woburn, Bedfordshire on 16/4/1811, christened 30/6/1811. He was the half-brother of my ancestor John Henley born 16/11/1810. William Henley and both sons John and William disappear from the Woburn records. John reappears in Brighton, Sussex in 1836.
