From San Francisco, June 2 --

-This afternoon Justus REINHOLD, of Washington Territory, was drinking in a beer cellar, corner of Clay and Kearney streets. He laid down on a sofa and apparently went to sleep. After a time an attempt was made to awaken him, and it was found that he was dead, having passed away so quietly that people all around him saw no indication of anything but healthy sleep. He is said to have been a man of considerable intelligence and some fortune.
