William B. Reinhart March 31, 1927 - March 28, 2009 COLUMBUS, GA— SFC (Ret) William B. Reinhart, age 81, resident of Columbus, died on Saturday, March 28, 2009 at Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort Benning, GA. Graveside services are scheduled at Main Post Cemetery, Fort Benning, GA on Thursday, April 2, 2009, 1 p.m., according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 from 6-7 p.m. SFC Reinhart, son of the late William Edward Reinhart and Hazel Buechter Reinhart, was born March 31, 1927 in Bromley, KY. He was a Catholic by faith. SFC Reinhart served his country honorably in the U.S. Army for over 22 years. He was also a veteran of the Korean Conflict and recipient of the National Defense Service Medal (w/oak leaf cluster). After retirement from the military, he faithfully worked at Dolly Madison for over 17 years. SFC Reinhart was preceded in death by two brothers, Jack Reinhart and Jimmy Reinhart. He is survived by his wife of over 59 years, Theresia ̉TerryÓ Reinhart of Columbus; one daughter, Joan Foucalt of Carlsbad, CA; one son, Bill Reinhart and his wife, Wanna of Columbus; one sister, Joan Muench of Highland Heights, KY; three grandchildren, Blake Reinhart, Amber Reinhart, and Aimee Corrales; three great-grandchildren, Saige Corrales, Dayna Corrales, and Dustin Corrales; other relatives and friends.
