Reinhart, Charles E. beloved husband of Irene (nee Benfer formerly Kennedy) for 34 years, loving father of Raymond (Coralie) Reinhart, proud grandfather of Richard and Mary Katherine Reinhart, dear step-father of Michael (Karen) Kennedy, Linda (Gary) Perrine, Mary Kay Kennedy, Donna Kennedy and Joseph (Gail) Kennedy. Visitation Wednesday, 3 to 9 p.m., at The Jaeger Funeral Home, 3526 N. Cicero Ave., Chicago, IL. Family and friends are asked to meet Thursday, at St. Gilbert Catholic Church, 301 E. Belvidere Rd., Grayslake, IL. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Interment Ascension Cemetery. Mr. Reinhart was a graduate of Lane Tech High School class of 1941. He was a pitcher on Lane Tech's 1940 City Champion Baseball Team. Mr. Reinhart served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He was a 50 year member of Pipe Fitters Union Local #597 and was a past commander of VFW Post #4308. Info: 773-545-1320
