John A. Reinhardt
John Albert Reinhardt, 78, of 1318 17th St., a retired fitting-room foreman for the Selby Shoe Co., died of a heart attack at 7:55 a.m. Sunday at Mercy Hospital, where he was admitted Sept. 7. Born July 28, 1878, he was a son of Peter and Barbara Schlichter Reinhardt. Mr. Reinhardt was a life-long resident of Portsmouth. He married Margaret Maloy in 1901. In addition to his wife, survivors are three sons, Paul W. of Ironton, Leo V. of Akron and Albert J. of Chesapeake; two sisters, Mrs. George Haaf, 1231 Third St. and Mrs. Annie Nelson of Youngstown.
Mr. Reinhardt was preceded by his parents, a brother and two sisters. He was a member of St. Mary Church and Knights of Columbus. Services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the church with recitation of the Rosary at 7:30. tonight at Mclcher Funeral Home. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
