Weekly Standard Newspaper, Raleigh, NC--Jul 13, 1859 STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA--A PROCLAMATION by his Excellency JOHN W. ELLIS, Governor of North Carolina. Whereas it has been represented to me that Rob't Reinhardt late of the community of Catawba, stands charged with the murder of Frederick Thornburg, late of said county of Catawba, and that the said Reinhardt is a fugitive from justice, and has escaped beyond the limits of the State. Now, therefore, in order that the said Robert Reinhardt may be arrested and brought to trial for his said offence, I do hereby issue this my proclamation, offering a reward of two hundred dollars for his apprehension and delivery to the Sheriff of Catawba county. Given under my hand and the great Seal of the State of North Carolina, at the City of Raleigh, this the 2d July, 1859. DESCRIPTION. Robert Reinhardt is represented to be about 18 years old, 5 feet 10 inches high, and weighs about 140 pounds. He's intelligent and good looking. By the Governor: JOHN W.
