looking for Nikolaus Reinhard, he was born 10 Feb 1799 in Germany, 1880 census shows he was in Chicago Ill, with 2 sons Math and John, shows he was head of house hold , wife not recorded, his wife i believe was Klara Schmitz they came to the USA in 1868, believe it or not i have been reseaching my grandparents for 5 yrs and just got a brake through. When Nikolaus came to the USA the spelling of the name changed from Reinards. Also another family member came to the USA also, and Reinards was changed to Reinartz , which is what my mom goes by now. am looking for any one related to Nikolaus family , would love to share trees.
