Does anyone know where the property is located known as "Spring Hill" which was originally patented to John Reid and sold to Lee Harris in Amherst County? I am trying to find the location as it bordered the property of my ancestor Francis Steel and also Peterfield Trent. The deed states that it is on a branch of Hatt and Davis Creek.
I am going to be in that area in July and would love to find it. Thanks!
