I've transcribed the second of the documents from the pack I was sent.It's a deed from John Dickerson to William.I'll continue to post the remaining deeds as I get to them.

The following deed of conveyance from John Dickerson to William Reed was proven before Blackburn Esquire by the oath of John Ware and Recorded this 25th March 1790.
This Indenture made the sixteenth day of November and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty Nine and of the fourteenth year of the Independency of America between John Dickerson of Greenville County and State of South Carolina of the one part and William Reed of the county and state aforesaid of the other partWitnesseth that the said John Dickerson for and in consideration of the sum of ten Pounds Sterling money to him in hand paid at or before this sealing and delivering of these presents the Receipt there of is hereby Acknowledged and him the Said John Dickerson hath bargained sold and Released and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain and Release unto the said William Reed his heirs and assigns a certain piece or Tract of land containing one hundred acres more or less situate lying and being in Ninety six District on the waters of the Reedy Fork Creek being a branch of Reedy River it being a Tract of land granted to John Dickerson by his Excellency Thomas Pinckney Esquire dated the fifth day of January on thousand seven hundred and Eighty Nine begining at a pine S 26 W 31 62 to corner thence N 64 W 31.62 To corner No 26E 31.62 to corner thence N 20 W25.62 to corner thence So 60 E 34.00 white Corner thence So 13.0 to the beginning together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging part and parcel thereof unto the said William Reid his heirs and assigns forever to have and to hold the said piece of land aforesaid together with all premises and everything thereunto belonging and the said John Dickerson for himself his heirs and assigns doth covenant and agree to and with the said William Reed his heirs and assigns that he shall and may at all times hereafter hold and profits the aforesaid land without the least molestation of him the said John Dickerson his heirs Executors and Administrators to him the said WilliamReid his heirs Executors and Administrators + I do warrant and defend the aforesaid land from and against myself my heirs and assigns for ever or any other whatsoever respecting or in the smallest degree Effecting the the said piece of Land from and against all claim or claims that now is hereafter may be made by me or my heirs on the said piece land lying and being as aforesaid unto the said William ReedIn witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal the day and year first above written
