I'm looking for descendants of Joseph Reichert b. Jan 27, 1844 and his wife Elizabeth Koch b. Dec 1852 in Landau Village, Beresan Colony, Russia.
They immigrated to America in 1892 with children: Rafael b. 1873, Brigette b. 1876, Franziska (Frances) b. 1877, Roman (Herman) b. 1882, Adam b. 1885, Eleonore (Nora) b. 1886, Katharina (Katy) b. 1888, and Johann (John) b. 1890. Their last child, Flora Dena was born in Waller County, Texas 1893.
After arriving in New York, the family traveled to Washington County, Texas then moved to Waller County, Texas, then to Grimes County, Texas. Elizabeth the wife died in Grayson County, Texas in 1905. Joseph died in Houston Texas in 1925.
I have a fairly extensive file on these families and would like to compare notes with descendants of this line.
