I am searching for any information on the ancestors of Anton Reichert, b. 1861, emigrated to the US in 1885 (Baden, Germany Emigration Index, 1866-1911 lists Anton Reichert, emigrated from Rastatt (town), Baden (province) in 1885). He may have had a brother, Sebastin who emigrated to New Jersey.
Anton married Margaret (1870-1933) (possibly Irish?) and ran a hotel in Port Chester, NY for many years. They had one child, William J. Reichert who married Helen Martin and had 3 children, William, Margaret (Peggy) and James.
Any information you could provide on Anton's ancestors (or Margaret's maiden name) would be greatly appreciated!
