I guess you have foudn by now tht the Samuel line that the Register assoc is mostly from is from a Samuel. He descended from a Benjamin (b c 1735 in NC) who was son to Joseph, Sr. (b 1700)

Benjamin had a son John sr(b c 1760 NC whose son was Samuel (b c 1786 in NC)
