My gr grandmother, Kitty, b 1873, m. William Garrett Neal, b. 1866.
Lived in Kerens, Texas where my grandmother, Izora Chester Neal was born.1894.
She married John Wyeth Lillard, they lived in Dallas, Texas.
The myheritage.com has her listed w/her parents, James Monroe Parker,d. 1917 and Francis (Fannie in my gr mother's bible)Reeves. d 1917
J.M. must have died, she married Oscar Willis, 1899, and their child was Dan McKowin (sp) Pete? Willis, b 1900, c. 1939
