I am looking for Rees relatives that trace their line back to Jacob Rees father of George Rees b. 1752 in Philadelphia, Pa.
George and his wife had 6 children George, Charles Bitters b. 1791, Henry Tonkin, Sarah, John, and William Henry b. 1805.
The Rev. Dr. Wm H Rees, b. 1805 was an Episcopal Clergyman.
These names repeat themselves from generation to generation.
Example: my great grandfather Charles Bitters Rees b. 1849, was the son of George Rees, b.1827, who was the son of Charles Bitters Rees b. 1791 who was the son of George Rees b. 1752.
The Charles Bitters Rees b. 1701 had a son, George who named his son Charles Biters Rees b. 1820. Sorting out these Ree's has been an adventure.
