From "Irish Pedigrees" by John O'Hart: Sir Robert de Raymond, the eldest son (of Sir Alexander de Raymond), "Knight of the Hall," married Eleanor, dau. of Sir Walter de Synad or Synnott, Knight of Ballybrennan, in the barony of Forth, co. Wexford, by whom he had three sons: 1. Alexander, his heir 2. Walter 3. Richard; besides several daughters. Dying in 1244, he was succeeded by his eldest son.
