You might want to check out a book called "Genealogical History of the Redfield Family in the United States" by John Howard Redfield, 1860.It gives some information on William Redfin (aka Redfen, Redfyn, Redfyne) and his wife Rebecca, as well as detailing their descendants.

"Lydia Redfin, or Redfield, eldest daughter of William (#1), was married at New London, January 10, 1655/56 to Thomas Bayley of that town.He was a soldier under Lothrop, and was slain by the Indians in the combat at Bloody Brook, Mass., September 18, 1675.His widow married, in 1676, William Thorne from Dorsetshire, Old England.It is not known whether she had any children by the latter.

According to the book, Thomas, John and William Bayley left descendants.
According to the book, Thomas, John and William Bayley left descendants.There is also a footnote saying that according to the town records of New London, Connecticut, "1655, Thomas Bayley was marryed to Lyddia the daughter of James Redfin, the 10th of January." and giving the author's reasons for his claim that Lydia was really the daughter of William rather than of James.More Replies:
