Thanks for your message.I hope we can make a connection.Was your great grandfather James' wife's name Elizabeth Whitcraft?Or could it be that your great grandfather James was one of their sons?I don't have complete details of their children, but I do know thatrecord of James and Elizabeth's burials were found in the parish of Clontibret, Co. Monaghan Church of Ireland register.
My connection is through Elizabeth Whitcraft.She was the daughter of Isaac & Margaret Whitcraft of Clontibret, and a first cousin of my gr. gr. gr. grandfather Thomas Whitcraft who immigrated to Canada in the 1840's.I can send you more information if you like.
