One of the unforunate lessons in genealogy is learning to deal with people on forums. I have learned through experience that one must be objective, or call it thick skinned.

Unless one has spent years in libraries and the numerous other hands-on sources for digging up records, one cannot be considered a serious researcher. The internet is just a means of communication between researchers.

Guess I ruffled some feathers here but having had my feathers ruffled via the internet I have learned not to take it to heart.
